Ayye transmits and maintains all records in encrypted format within the Google Cloud platform based in the United States.
Only the owner or creator of the Ayye, as well as any parties to the decision, can access recorded information.
Yes. As the owner of an Ayye decision, you can always export details from the platform in PDF and .cvs format for use elsewhere.
Ayye is not a legal product and does not provide legal advice or guidance in any way. However, an Ayye record can be used as proof of a formal decision or agreement.
All parties participating in a decision own the result(s) of a completed Ayye. Prior to closing their account on Ayye, a user can export all records they were a party to on the platform.
Ayye is built to GDPR and CCPA standards of consumer safety and data protection. The platform was built in accordance with these standards because they serve as the current highest standards for consumer protection globally.
