The ones that come up most, answered plainly.
A place to record what was agreed. Verbal yeses, scope changes, rate and budget updates. Whether the deal is between two people or a studio and a crew, it gets saved with a date both sides can see.
Anyone who makes deals they need to prove later. A solo creator, a small team, or a production studio. The deal works the same way at any size. So does the record.
Ayye is a platform for people to create and make binding decisions. You get identity verification and authentication, timestamped records, and securely locked and stored documents. It makes decisions happen digitally. It does not replace a lawyer and never provides legal advice, so for anything major, talk to a lawyer first.
Yes. You make an account in the app to start keeping records and to pay.
It depends on the type of Ayye. Public ones can be viewed with no login. To respond to or sign an Ayye, the other person logs in.
No. Once a record is saved, it is timestamped and locked. That is the point.
Ayye transmits and maintains all records in encrypted format within the Google Cloud platform based in the United States.
Only the owner or creator of the Ayye, as well as any parties to the decision, can access recorded information.
Yes. As the owner of an Ayye decision, you can always export details from the platform in PDF and .csv format for use elsewhere.
Ayye is not a legal product and does not provide legal advice or guidance in any way. However, an Ayye record can be used as proof of a formal decision or agreement.
All parties participating in a decision own the result(s) of a completed Ayye. Prior to closing their account on Ayye, a user can export all records they were a party to on the platform.
Ayye is built to GDPR and CCPA standards of consumer safety and data protection. The platform was built in accordance with these standards because they serve as the current highest standards for consumer protection globally.
See the pricing page. You make your account and pay in the app.
A contract covers the big upfront deal. Ayye covers everything after: the changes, the favors, the new deadlines that never make it into a contract. And unlike a note to yourself, both sides see the same record, so it holds up.
Open the app, make an account, and log your first deal. That is it.
